Where Do I Begin?
Each semester our chapter gives students the opportunity to interview to be selected as a member. We host 2 separate informational sessions during the fall and spring to fully demonstrate chapter workings, projects, opportunities, and more. Here candidates are able to ask questions and socialize with current members, furthering their organizational knowledge and excitement towards interviewing.
How Do I Sign Up For An Interview?
Candidates can sign up immediately following an informational session or by sending an email to our Vice President of Human Resources. Time slots are first come first serve and are usually fairly flexible with student schedules. A reminder that we are accommodating and accepting to students of all majors and grade levels. If you have any further questions on how to sign up, please contact a current or executive board member to further assist you.
What Is The Interview Like?
Our first piece of advice? Just relax. PSE interviews are set up similar to any job or internship interview. You are asked a series of questions by our executive board and expected to treat the matter with the highest degree of professionalism. We require that each candidate brings in 3-5 copies of his or her resume for a reference point. These interviews call for business professional attire and a great attitude! There is nothing to be nervous about, but we do expect you to treat this interview as professionally as possible. We want to see what you can offer us and more importantly what PSE can offer you.
